We ship all plants usps priority mail. They arrive to most locations within 2-3 days. We package all plants to retain moisture to up to 10 days in transit. All plants ships from our warehouses in Tennessee. All plants are grown and shipped from out Altamont (zip) 37301 location. We do drop ship for re-sellers also for those wanting to resell our plants.
How We Protect Your Plants For Transit
All plants are dug and immediately taken to our warehouse and tera-sorb moisture retention gel is applied to the roots and then wrapped in plastic to retain superior moisture for transit. They are placed in corogated cardboard shipping boxes for protection when shipped
Upon Receipt Of Your Plants
Upon receipt of your plants, unpack and unwrap the roots and mist with water. Plant within 24-48 hours. If you can not plant within this time frame, put your plants in a cool location (ex- basement, garage or cellar) and water the roots daily. Cover them back up with the plastic so they will not dry out until you can plant them. After planted, water every evening after the sun goes down for 5 days.

Weigela Shrubs flower in the spring can bring color and charm to the yard.
During the spring, this lovely shrub displays tube-shaped flowers in various pink hues. The plants are attractive to hummingbirds, so if you want these beautiful birds to visit your yard, plant Weigela shrubs.
During summer and fall, the shrub has green leaves that often drop after turning brown. However, breeders have worked with Weigela to grow versions of the shrub that yield variegated, burgundy leaves near the end of summer and the beginning of fall.
These shrubs grow in various sizes, so you can use Weigela for a potted plant or as a garden or patio hedge.
The shrubs are strong, hardy, and easy to maintain. Weigela grows best in zones 3-9 and can thrive in sun and partial shade. If you live in a very warm area, make sure the plants receive light shade in the afternoons to keep the leaves from burning. This is especially important for shrubs with variegated leaves. Some Weigela varieties, like the My Monet, change color depending on how the light hits them. The My Monet showcases leaves with a white tint when the plant is in the shade, and pink leaves when the Weigela is in full sun. While the plants bloom in the springtime, they reflower during the growing season, so you may see stunning flowers on the plant during most of the year.
It's best to plant the Weigela in well-drained, moist soil. Be sure to add lots of composted manure or homemade compost to your planting bed. This adds nutrients to the soil and helps with soil drainage. The shrubs will grow well in several types of soil, but it's best to keep the soil moist for the plants to be at their healthiest and most colorful.
