If you want to create a terrarium garden, this kit is the perfect way to start.
The kit comes with six evergreen plants that grow as ground covers to give your terrarium more visual appeal. The moss is suitable for hardiness zones 3-9, and the moss is a wonderful addition to flower beds and gardens. Terrarium moss grows under 3 feet at full maturity and can thrive partial or full shade.
To make a smaller terrarium garden, select the glass container you prefer and use the contents of the kit to turn your garden dreams into reality. Leucobryum, which is also known as cushion moss or white moss, is part of the kit due to its fast-growing properties and aesthetic appeal. The moss grows around the world and is often used as a ground cover for gardens and landscapes. Cushion moss grows naturally in a hump shape, which makes the moss look like a pincushion. This means you can easily shape it and customize it based on your design preferences. The moss is also referred to as white moss because it is silvery-white when dry and dark green when wet.
Terrarium moss offers a welcoming landscape for reptiles and amphibians, so if you want to attract these animals to your yard, a moss garden will do the trick.
You can also plant the moss in an aquarium or pet container to create a natural habitat for your pet snake or lizard. To care for the moss, mist the plants with water twice a week and the plants will grow to display rich shades of green. You'll also see bright red berries among the leaves for striking color contrast. Not only is the kit a creative way to spruce up your garden, but you can also present it as a gift, use the moss as a centerpiece, or include it in science classroom workshops.
