How We Protect Your Plants For Transit
We sell only bare root plants. We dip the roots in tera-sorb silicone gel to retain ample moisture for transit and surround with plastic. This provides superior protection for plants in transit for up to 12 days.
Upon Receipt Of Your Plants
Open your plants and inspect the same day received. We offer 3 days to report any problems with your order. Bare root plants need to be planted within 2-3 days of receipt unless weather prohibits. Store in a cool place and keep roots moist and covered with plastic until they can be planted. Water daily for the first week after planting.

American Sweetgum tree(Liquidambar styraciflua) also known as American Storax, satin-walnut and star-leaved gum.
Among other names is a tree that is native to a large part of North America stretching down to extreme northern central America. It thrives in warm-temperate and tropical regions such as Mexico and the Southern United States.
The tree features a symmetrical, egg-like shape when its branches get too heavy during its first couple of years of cultivation.
It produces round-shaped fruit that carries its seeds and that remain on the tree until the winter months.
The branches have a distinctive growth which has made people remark upon it as “wing-like” in appearance. In the wild, the trees have been observed to grow as high as 150’. The tree lives for quite a long time, ranging up to 400 years in age.
