No Risk Guarantee to Homeowners For Small Quality Retail Purchases

We offer a one-year replacement guarantee on all plants ordered for home owners. Simply return the item and we will issue you an in-store credit 365 days from the time of purchase if your plants do not live. With an in-store credit, you can order what you want instead of us replacing what you purchased in case you’d prefer another item that is more hardy etc.

We seldom must but do reserve the right to substitute a plant for one of equal or greater value. If you do not want substitutions, please put us a note in checkout “no subs” and we will honor this. We do no refunds. We only do in store credits for future orders or re-orders of the plants you lost.

Wholesale Warranty for Quantities Over 25 Plants Ordered at Wholesale Prices

For Wholesale Large Volume Orders, 25 Plant or More – We guarantee all plants to arrive in excellent condition. No further warranties are impressed, implied or offered after 24 hours of receive on quantities ordered on any item, which is considered bought at a lower wholesale price. If you have a problem with a large quantity order, immediately email us within 24 hours or all warranties are null and void. We also reserve the right to substitute any product for one similar or of same or greater value unless you write a comment in checkout (under messages) specifying “no substitutions.”

We package all plants in boxes and breakage seldom happens. We are not responsible for carrier damage or lost in transit items. Customer must file claims for any problems they may have with carrier damage or lost items. Insurance is available upon request.

Dead or Damaged Plants

Your trees or plants were dug fresh and shipped immediately. If you just received them we doubt they are dead. We ship dormant trees. It’s probably not yet time for them to “wake up” from their dormancy state. You can take a dime or a knife and scratch the bark on the tree and look at the color inside and if it’s a greenish-white, the tree isn’t dead.

However, if it’s brown or black it is dead.

If you have done the scratch test and your trees are dead, enclose the following information inside the box and return them. Failure to enclose this information will result in us not being able to help you:

  • Name on order, Order # and exactly the qty, tree names and sizes you’re sending back with a brief
    explanation of the problem.

As soon as we open your plants and get this information, we will issue you an in-store credit to reorder the same plants or whatever you choose. You will receive an email when they ship out with tracking information.

Incorrect Plants

IF YOU RECEIVED THE INCORRECT PLANTS AND DID PUT NO SUBSTITUTIONS IN MESSAGES OF CHECKOUT, YOU CAN SEND YOUR PLANTS BACK. IF YOU DID NOT SPECIFY “NO SUBSTITUTIONS” WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PLANT FOR ONE OF SIMILAR VARIETY, SIZE, AND COST.

Send plants back to this address if you did put “no substitutions” in checkout and we will issue you an in-store credit. (any plants returned without the “no substitutions” written in checkout of your order will not be accepted and customer must pay to have them shipped back).

Plant Shortages

If your shipment wasn’t all there:

Please email the customer service department AT CUSTOMERSERVICE@TNNURSERY.NET the following information below:
– Name, Order # and the quantity, size and type plants you didn’t receive. Also we will need a phone # to get in contact with you if needed.

If you ordered trees and your bundle has a string around them cut it, Sometimes people don’t understand that there are multiple trees in one bundle, they think it’s one.

When this is done, and the shortage is still evident, please email this information to customerservice@tnnursery.net and we will handle the order accordingly.

If we do see there is a valid shortage, we will reship your order within 10 days. You will receive a FedEx email notification when your order ships.
